  • 10L (M16 x 1.5)
  • 12L (M18 x 1.5)
  • 15L (M22 x 1.5)
  • 12S (M20 x 1.5)
  • 14S (M22 x 1.5)
  • 16S (M24 x 1.5)
  • various BSP inch threads
  • others by request

Attention:

In the calculation, it must be taken into account that at least 30 cm of hose must remain on the reel.

If a permanently installed hose (hose that is never wound onto the reel) is available, the hose reels can also be supplied with more hose.

Advantages

  • The combined electro-hydraulic hose reels are the ideal solution for supplying auxiliary equipment with hydraulic oil and electrical equipment such as magnetic valves, limit switches, lamps, etc.
  • A welded triple hose is used, with the electrical cable being pulled through the third hose
  • No need to assemble two hose reels
  • The electro-hydraulic combination saves space and is more cost-effective than two separate hose reels
  • By laying the electrical cables, up to five circuits can be occupied. The slip rings we use are designed for a current consumption of up to 16 amps (ohmic load)
  • the electrical cable is much better protected when laid in a conduit than when laid on its own
  • The hose normally has a nominal width of 10, but nominal widths of 8 and 13 are also available on request

Attention: With electro-hydraulic hose reels, changing the direction of rotation is difficult. Therefore, consider which direction of rotation is required before ordering.

Attachment

The hose reels are not delivered pre-tensioned. Pre-tensioning must be done in accordance with the operating instructions.

Attention: When attaching the hose reel, ensure that the additional retaining bracket and cable guard attached to the protective cover are not twisted. The protective cover must be fitted last and screwed onto the mast or crane arm.
