The hose reels in the Kompact series are universally applicable for all types and makes of forklift trucks (front and side loaders), crane vehicles, lifting cranes, special vehicle construction and mechanical engineering.
In our sophisticated modular system, all reel sizes have been tested for continuous operation at up to 310 bar operating pressure. The reels are designed for use with single, double and triple hoses with nominal diameters of 8, 10 and 13. They allow these hoses to be used in lengths of up to approx. 35 metres.
Thanks to a special hub-drum plate design, more hose can be wound onto the same drum diameter than with any other comparable product we know of.
The smallest drum, with an outer diameter of 210 mm, can hold 1.5 metres of hose with an outer diameter of 16 mm.
All hose reels come with a robust black powder coating as standard, which provides reliable basic protection against external influences and has proven itself in many areas of application. For particularly corrosive environments, we offer electrogalvanising as an alternative. This protects the reel even better against rust and thus ensures a longer service life. Electrogalvanising is available on request at an additional cost.
To round off our range, we supply matching accessories for our hydraulic hose reels. These include swivel joints as rotating connections, roller fairleads in various designs for controlled hose guidance, hose stoppers as mechanical end stops, crocodile clips as bend protection for the hose and deflection pulleys for hose return.

Return spring
The return spring is built into the drum. If the spring breaks or other functional problems occur, the spring must not be removed from the cassette under any circumstances.

Hydraulic hoses
The drums can be supplied with or without hoses. If required, please let us know the hose length you need, the nominal width, the required operating pressure and the desired fittings.
With this information, we can deliver the desired hose reel complete with hose without delay.
