The hose reels are universally applicable and have proven themselves in, among other things:

Construction and performance
The modular system allows precise adaptation to different technical requirements and installation situations. At the same time, the design remains compact, stable and low-maintenance.

- Continuous operation up to 310 bar (depending on the hose used)
- Suitable for single, double and triple hoses
- Nominal widths 8, 10 and 13
- Hose lengths up to approx. 35 metres
A specially developed hub-drum plate construction ensures an exceptionally high hose capacity with a comparatively small drum diameter. This means that powerful solutions can be implemented even in limited installation spaces.
Even the smallest drum with an outer diameter of 210 mm can hold 1.5 metres of hose with an outer diameter of 16 mm.

Versions and variants
The Kompact series is available in various configurations:

- Optionally available as a combined electro-hydraulic version with additional cable feed-through
- Available in right or left-hand pull-out direction
Thanks to universal mounting plates or angles, the hose reels are interchangeable with most commercially available brands and are suitable for new applications as well as retrofitting and replacement projects.

Surface and corrosion protection
As standard, the hose reels are coated with a durable black powder coating. This provides reliable protection against mechanical stress and environmental influences.
For particularly corrosive operating conditions, galvanisation is available as an option, which provides even better corrosion protection and thus an even longer service life under such conditions.
Return system
The self-returning mechanism is operated by an integrated safety return spring, which is designed for a long service life.
For safety reasons, the spring must not be removed from the cassette if it is damaged or malfunctioning. Further technical information, such as changing the seals, changing the direction of rotation, etc., can be found in the operating and repair instructions.

A comprehensive range of accessories is available to ensure technically clean integration into your application, including:
- Swivel joints as rotatable connections
- Roller fairleads in various designs for controlled hose guidance
